Our villages offer a range of accommodation choices, from private one bedroom apartments to social multi-bedroom apartments, from traditional dormitory/residential hall accommodation to twin-share options. Apartment types vary from village to village.
Most of our villages offer self-catered, apartment-style living, on or close to campus. Some sites also offer catered or semi-catered accommodation with a choice of healthy meal plans.

Village facilities
Quality community living is central to our management philosophy. Facilities are designed to encourage social interaction, support study success, cater for resident events and provide opportunities to develop life skills.
Facilities may include student lounges, TV and movie rooms, communal kitchens, swimming pools, barbeque areas and other sporting and entertainment facilities.

24/7 support
CLV villages offer a 24 hour staff presence including full-time staff, resident assistants and security. So if residents need help with urgent maintenance, personal issues, lost keys or any other matters, there is always someone on call.
