The Board
The CLV business is governed by the Board of the Campus Living Villages Funds Management Limited (CLFM). The Board provides experience in education, leadership, financial and business management, audit risk and compliance, infrastructure and asset management.
Sub committees of the Board comprise:
- The Investment Committee
- The Human Resources Committee
- The Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee
Investor Committee
Investors with a commitment of over AU $50million sit on the CLV Fund's Investor Committee. The Investor Committee meets on a quarterly basis and has limited decision-making powers including approval of new CLFM Independent Directors, departures from investment restrictions, certain acquisitions and disposals, and changes to certain policies governing the CLV Fund.
