Purpose-built accommodation
CLV does not operate a ‘one size fits all’ model. Our strength is our ability to meet the particular needs of each of our partners. Working with campus master plans, CLV delivers tailored solutions that allow institutions to provide accommodation without having to be involved in the cost, risk and complexity of operating and developing student facilities.

An open-book approach
Ongoing communication and transparent reporting are priorities for village management. We hold regular advisory meetings with our partners to discuss development, operational and strategic issues. These meetings provide a forum for input, feedback and collaboration, which in turn, allows us to clearly understand our partners and determine how we can best serve their needs.
We believe that this open-book approach is the foundation upon which constructive and trusting relationships develop and progress over time.
