Enhancing the student experience
We believe that our responsibility extends beyond just providing beds for our residents. We are focused on supporting young people during a key stage of their development and creating environments where students can live, learn and grow.
CLV offers a unique three-pronged resident life framework that can be customised to suit the needs and demographics of individual village communities. This allows us to cater to a range of preferences, interests and backgrounds, and encourage interaction between all members of the community.
We support students as they:

Support
Studying on campus is an exciting and sometimes challenging time in a student’s life. CLV strongly believes that being part of a supportive and exciting residential community can make all the difference.
We ensure support staff are present 24/7, including night managers, staff living on-site in some locations, collaborative security arrangements with partner institutions, and of course, a team of live-in resident assistants at each village location.
No matter what time it is, students, parents and staff at our partner institutions can contact their village during times of emergency. Our well-developed operations systems ensure that matters are dealt with promptly and effectively by staff trained in first aid, crisis management and dealing with personal issues.
