CLV was pleased to successfully extend its relationship with the University of Salford through the delivery of an £81 million, on-campus accommodation complex, Peel Park Quarter.
Built and managed by the University of Salford and Salford Village Limited – a consortium made up of CLV, GRAHAM Investment projects, Equitix and Kier Project Investment – the state-of-the-art residence opened in September 2015 and is home to 1,367 students. The new development comprises nine buildings, offering luxury facilities at affordable prices.
Peel Park Quarter is located on the University’s main campus, next to Peel Park and the River Irwell, and is one of only five sites in the North West to be shortlisted as Urban Residential Development of the Year at the inaugural Insider North West Residential Property Awards in 2016.
This development forms part of CLV’s University of Salford Student Village and increases the number of on-campus beds available to students to 2,454 across three sites.
