Welcome to the first issue of the global staff newsletter, CLV Update!

Combining stories from across our six countries and four regions of operation, CLV Update is designed to bring the global organisation together.

From our conversations with staff around the business, we have learned that communicating – and communicating well – is of the utmost importance. CLV Update will allow us to share ideas and best practice across villages and departments who are most likely going through similar challenges to yours. By encouraging collaboration and by recognising successes, we’re committed to ensuring that great work is shared and celebrated.

We want to hear your stories

Each and every staff member has a vital role to play in the success of this newsletter. If you have a story to share, or have a great idea that you would like to see covered, submit your suggestions on SharePoint.

“Hi everyone and Happy New Year. I hope that you all had a good break, for those that were able to get away, and enjoyed some time with your family and friends. Welcome back to what’s already started out as a busy new year period.

At this time we’ve got move-in happening in the Southern Hemisphere – Australia and New Zealand – and returners coming back in the Northern Hemisphere. I know that it’s an exciting time and it’s also a really busy time.

So to all those people that are working really hard across the world in the CLV business, thank you very much for all that effort.

This is the launch of the global newsletter. The global newsletter is going to allow us to share stories about the CLV business from around the world and ensure that we feel part of the connection of this significant and large business, even though we might be in our individual villages across the world.

I do encourage people to collaborate and to share their stories and to actually engage in the global newsletter going forward.

We look forward to what we’re going to see from this newsletter and how it will evolve over the next year.”
