In October, members of the Executive Team embarked on a roadshow to visit all Australian villages and update staff on exciting new initiatives and priorities for the business. You may remember hearing from the CLV Experience Team about the relaunch of the V-Star Recognition Program, a revamped award program that provides staff with even more opportunities to be acknowledged for their achievements.
“The brand new V-Star Recognition Program is a great opportunity for CLV to celebrate all the great work that staff do during the year,” said Director of Human Resources – Australia, Rita di Nola. “We’re excited to introduce a V-Star Award nomination process and also to add new awards that recognise those who contribute to support our communities and make CLV a great place to work.”
