Campus Living Villages
40 hours per week (mainly Monday to Friday plus weekends and evenings as required)
Salary Circa: £20,000 to £24,000 (depending on experience)
We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and enthusiastic Resident Life Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the Campus Living Villages resident life programme, with a particular focus on our properties located in the Midlands and North.
The successful candidate will be required to travel to our properties located in this area on a regular basis. They will have a base which may be located in either Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Nottingham or Salford and as a result, we welcome applicants located near to these locations.
Reporting to the UK Resident Life Manager, this role will increase and improve resident engagement by providing guidance, support and coaching to our property teams to create, plan and deliver creative and memorable events and awareness programs suitable for each locations demographic. The successful candidate will ensure high standards in the delivery of the programme are achieved and that there is consistency in each of the locations they liaise with.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting, coaching and advising property teams to ensure a creative and relevant resident life programme is offered to all residents.
Working with property teams to design and implement exciting and positive experiences for residents which enhance their social, educational and personal development and assists in connecting them to the community of Campus Living Villages and wider University.
Supporting the creation of positive, engaging and informative experiences, both passive and non-passive, which address issues or concerns (e.g. mental health awareness) commonly affecting students.
Creating programs which promote positive behaviour and mitigate disruptive behaviour among residents, aiming to prevent incidents.
Work with our Marketing Team to ensure quality, resident focused marketing collateral is designed delivered in a timely manner.
Attend and participate in a select number of events, meeting our residents and ensuring execution is to the highest standard.
You will work with the property teams to ensure processes are adhered to. You will drive for continuous improvement, always looking for opportunities to evolve processes which increase resident engagement.
Documentation of all activity will be high priority for you, working with the Social Media and Content Executive to ensure activity is promoted and shared across all channels.
Ensuring high levels of performance management by producing weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports, conducting regular meetings with property teams and tracking performance in each location.
