About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists in our Australian business within our Customer Contact Village (CCV), for a Customer Contact Village Team Leader, to join the team on a full time basis. Our office is currently based in the Sydney CBD, however, will be relocating to North Ryde in a couple of months.

The Customer Contact Village Team Leader is responsible for assisting the Customer Contact Village Manager (CCVM) in developing and executing sales strategies to support the strategic goals of the CLV ANZ business, which ensures that the ANZ business achieves its revenue and economic occupancy budgets each year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing & execution of Strategic Sales Plans.
  • Assist with managing all operational aspects of the CCV including the effective transfer of relevant customer information from the Villages to CCV.
  • Assisting the CCVM with the hands on delivery of Australian and New Zealand sale revenues in the areas of recruitment and retention (supervision and support).
  • Delivery of a consistent customer experience for all first time residents of CLV Villages.
  • Support the Village management in the retention (reapplication) process at the Villages to assist reach occupancy budgets.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or significant experience in sales and customer contact centre management, business or hospitality management
  • Experience in a fast paced sales environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong written communication skills; creative and technical writing skills across all communication mediums.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, effective recording of information and ability to understand and compile research.
  • Uses initiative to resolve issues and find solutions.
  • Experience with the Adobe suite, Digital Forms platforms, Microsoft Office suite, StarRez, ZenDesk and Zopim Chat.
  • Trustworthy, solution focused with a strong desire to help make things work.
