About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists in our Australian business within our Sydney Corporate Office for a Corporate Assistant, to join the team on a 6-month contract on a full time or part time (4 days/week) basis.

The Corporate Assistant is responsible for covering reception duties, managing general office administration and providing administrative support to the Australian Executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office management to ensure the smooth running of the office, including ordering of stationary, office and food supplies, logging maintenance requests to building management and coordination of office events.
  • Assisting with the maintenance of CLV’s SharePoint workspaces to support effective document management and collaboration.
  • Manage access passes and the CLV Info email inbox.
  • Preparation of reports, presentations, Board papers and other key projects.
  • Manage the presentation of the CLV office, meeting rooms and common areas to ensure they are well maintained, equipped and supplied throughout the day.
  • Working closely with HR to ensure efficient onboarding process of new starters.
  • Assist with project managing the Corporate office move to North Ryde over the coming 3 months.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in a similar role
  • Computer literate with an intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise competing priorities.
  • Strong organisational, time management and administrative skills.
