Who are we looking for?

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our UK business within the corporate team based in London, for a Corporate Assistant. The Corporate Assistant will be a senior member of the executive support function, providing pro-active and efficient administrative support to Executive Team Members and the Commercial Team; including the provision of executive support, company secretarial support and bid preparation. The Corporate Assistant will be responsible for managing the Office Administrator based in London.


What does the role involve?

  • Providing proactive and efficient support to Executive Team members, including; managing diaries, booking travel, and ensuring reporting deadlines are met
  • Coordinating bid processes for the Development Team – collating and formatting content ready for submission deadlines
  • Coordinating Joint Venture Board meetings including; managing the calendar and the provision or minutes, agendas and papers
  • Maintaining the SharePoint workspaces ensuring document filing and management processes are followed
  • Managing and supporting the London Office Administrator
  • Acting as the Health and Safety Coordinator
  • Working collaboratively with executive support staff in the Manchester office

What you will need:

  • Experience in office management and executive support including diary and travel management with the ability to multi task (Essential)
  • Experience preparing high quality documents within tight deadlines (Desirable)
  • High level of computer literacy, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Essential)
  • Document production, formatting and management skills (Essential)
  • Pro-active customer care skills (Essential)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Essential)
  • Ability to organise meetings and events (Desirable)


  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C, or equivalent (Essential)
  • Relevant qualification at NVQ level 3 or equivalent (Desirable)
