An exciting opportunity exists in our Australian business within Yarra House Melbourne Polytechnic, for a full time Customer Support Agent, reporting to the Village Manager.
Working within a small team, the Customer Support Agent is the first point of contact for the Village, responsible for the provision of customer service, through the operation of the reception services of the Village, handling contact with residents and visitors of the Village, assisting with sales and marketing and managing all questions, queries and deliveries. In addition, the role is responsible for processing and updating all applications, and assisting with Village operations, under the guidance of the Village Manager.
