About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists in our Australian business within Griffith University Village, for a Customer Support Agent, reporting to the Village Manager.

The Customer Support Agent is a dedicated customer service and sales professional who will be responsible for supporting customers across a wide range of communication channels. We are looking for someone with energy, positivity and initiative who is committed, flexible, confident and team-focused and who demonstrates integrity and high ethical standards.


  • Operation of the reception services of the Village.
  • Consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute towards economic occupancy targets of the Village.
  • Play an active role in the delivery and communication of major campaigns.
  • Ensure that high levels of detail and accuracy are applied to customer records within the systems.
  • Build relationships with University contacts.
  • Ensure all CLV marketing and brand guidelines, along with all associated policies and procedures, are followed.
  • Actively participate in all appropriate University events including open days and other events.
  • Ensure that a positive impression of the Village is created for all prospective customers, parents and clients.
  • Promote a customer first culture and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
  • General office administration tasks.

Skills and Experience

  • Basic accounting and cash handling experience.
  • Previous experience in a customer service/sales role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, database management systems, web content management systems and Adobe InDesign.
  • Current Australian drivers licence.
  • Current National Police Check.
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check (‘Blue Card’).

CLV offers an attractive total fixed remuneration (TFR) which includes employer superannuation contributions.
