About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists in our Australian business within our Sydney Corporate Office for a high-level Executive Assistant, reporting to the CEO AU & NZ and Head of Operations AU & NZ. This role will be offered as a 6-month contract to cover parental leave on a full time or part time (4 days/week) basis.

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing executive support for the Australian Executive including diary management, document preparation and distribution, and managing phone calls as required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to the CEO AU & NZ, Head of Operations AU & NZ and Australian Executive with diary management, travel bookings and itineraries and general secretarial support.
  • Collate, prepare and distribute monthly and weekly reports as required.
  • Organise meetings including developing and distributing agendas, minutes, documentation and organising venues and phone conferences.
  • Coordinate the corporate calendar for Australia incorporating advisory board meetings, budget challenge meetings, functions and Village Conferences.
  • Support the effective operations of the office.
  • Project manage the Corporate office move to North Ryde over the coming 3 months.

Experience, skills & qualifications required:

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in a Senior Administration, Executive Assistant or Office Management role reporting to a Global or National CEO/MD or equivalent.
  • Highly computer literate, with experience in SharePoint, Acrobat and Microsoft Office suite essential.
  • Business qualifications at a tertiary level or equivalent number of years’ experience is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise competing priorities.
  • Strong organisational, time management and administrative skills.

CLV offers an attractive total fixed remuneration (TFR) which includes employer superannuation contributions.
