HR Administrator, Permanent

40 hours (Monday to Friday 8:30am- 5:30pm)

Salary Circa: £19,000 to £20,000 (depending on experience)

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join the HR Team, based at our Media City office.

What will you be doing?

Working with the HR Advisor you will be focusing on administrative duties to assist with the day to day running of a busy HR Department.

Tasks will include; prepare recruitment documents, maintain vacancies on our intranet and website, monitor the recruitment inbox and carry out initial shortlisting. To follow the new starter process which includes sending inductions to managers, track DBS checks and to carry out references.

Keep track of probations and issue letters, update and maintain the annual leave and absence tracker. Issue maternity, paternity and parental leave letters and track key dates. Management of the database with updating new starters, employee’s details and leavers. Take incoming calls, emails, post and face-to-face enquiries for the department.

Be the go to person for payroll, this will include; collating payroll information each month before the payroll deadline and send accurate reports to the outsourced payroll provider. Provide advice and guidance to all staff in relation to day to day payroll queries and monitor the payroll inbox.

Do you have the skills?

We are looking for someone who has GCSE English & Maths grade A-C (or equivalent) who has previously worked in a busy admin role and fast paced environment.
