Who are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a Marketing and Content Manager to join our Marketing team at Campus Living Villages. You’ll be responsible for developing, implementing and successfully managing the marketing strategy.

As an accommodation provider for students, we’re looking for someone who understands how to communicate effectively with our young and tech savvy target audience. Working closely with our Marketing and Content Executive and our Sales team to deliver strong campaigns that cover acquisition, conversion and retention, carefully monitoring our customer journey at every marketing touch point.

What will you be doing?

  • Delivery of campaigns on time and within budget with clear measurable outcomes (digital display, PPC, SEO, programmatic, email and website)
  • Lead responsibility in delivering monthly and bi-annual reports, evaluation of campaigns and content rollout
  • Working with in-house and agency teams to deliver organic content which is relevant, on-brand and tone of voice
  • Working with other experts to create and implement the SEO strategy, ensuring it is continually evolving based on insights and data
  • Daily creative writing and content creation
  • Project manage the successful delivery of each campaign in the resident/customer journey
  • Carefully considering every marketing touch point, creating compelling messages and materials
  • Working closely with both the Marketing and Sales team to investigate new revenue streams
  • Develop relationships with all departments to take on marketing project briefs and develop plans off the back of new initiatives
  • Developing enticing in-house retention campaigns and promotions
  • Managing agencies and in-house studio, writing and editing copy and managing the production of campaign materials

 

Qualifications/Experience required:

  • At least three years’ experience in a similar function (Essential)
  • Writing ability: Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt writing style to suit different audiences and communications media (Essential)
  • ICT /digital capability to effectively utilise current and future technology in Campus Living Villages’ marketing and media strategies (Essential)
  • Achievement orientated with a desire to achieve outstanding results in a team environment (Essential)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills (Essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail (Essential)
  • Self-motivated, and willing to take the initiative (Essential)
