Key Duties

Marketing

  • Coordinate Marketing analytics and provide weekly reporting across ANZ
  • Contribute to the marketing strategy and implement marketing campaign activity across ANZ
  • Development of social media and content programs to support marketing objectives and increase engagement
  • Coordinate internal communications programs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate and liaise with ANZ villages to manage the sales and marketing activity
  • Provide recommendations and manage resident event programs including support of O Week, Open Days and Move-In
  • Contribute to the production of marketing collateral for both print and digital

Digital

  • Create and update content on our WordPress platforms as required liaising with villages where required
  • Update village details on third party websites and conduct regular website audits to ensure accuracy and all villages are listed on the market.
  • Monitor and report on competition and industry trends

Reporting

  • Prepare marketing reports in a timely manner
  • Update and maintain data sets on SharePoint

Know your market and competition

  • Have an interest and general understanding of the rental market and competition
  • Know CLV’s demographics, aspirations and trends

Internal and External Communications

  • Manage media monitoring services
  • Assist in drafting internal communications
  • Manage event sponsorship activity
  • Coordinate external PR initiatives
  • Support the development and maintenance of SharePoint

Brand Development and Consistency

  • Coordinate the production of promotional materials that support the CLV brand and are consistent with the brand manual
  • Provide recommendations and manage marketing workflows across a large range of properties
  • Coordinate development of corporate applications and template creation

Legal and Compliance

  • Be fully conversant with the Village Residential Agreements, Village Rules, the Village Handbook and applicable Rules and Regulations

Occupational Health & Safety Compliance

  • Support and comply with prevailing legislation, including health & safety, data protection, human resources and privacy

Essential Experience and Skills

  • Two or more years’ experience in a similar position
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Results focused
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Uses initiative to resolve issues and find solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & team work skills
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics and social media monitoring tools
  • Computer literate and analytical skills
  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite Skills and Microsoft Office including InDesign will be highly regarded
  • WordPress/CMS experience and marketing platforms such as Campaign Monitor
  • Excellent computer skills including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office including Excel and InDesign are highly desirable
  • Possess the ability to act in an independent, and discreet manner, preserving the confidentiality of information
