About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists in our Australian business within our Western Sydney University Bankstown Village for the role of a Property Services Coordinator to join the team on a part time basis.


  • General maintenance and presentation of the Village.
  • Providing handyman repair work.
  • Acting as an on-site contact for external contractors and trades persons
  • Assisting with spot, scheduled and end of semester room checks.
  • Providing advice on maintenance issues when required.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven ability to perform various maintenance and repair work.
  • An ability to meet tight time frames without compromising quality and safety.
  • Demonstrated initiative in problem solving, being receptive and open to new ideas.
  • A good working knowledge of OH&S standards.
  • Previous experience interacting with customers.
  • An ability to work with limited supervision.
  • General computer skills including use of computer maintenance software.
  • Well-developed communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritise work.
  • Current National Police Check.
  • Current WA Working with Children Check.
