Regional Director of Sales and Marketing

Campus Living Villages is looking for a talented Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to help complete our team! In the role of Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, you will travel and work directly with our student housing villages across the United States to implement successful plans for lease ups throughout the year. You will analyze and interpret traffic demographics and respond to market trends, monitor and react to weekly occupancy and leasing reports and statistics and actively implement aggressive marketing techniques and plans to secure 100% leasing.

As a leader and advisor for the staff at the villages, you will:

  • Assist with creation and implementation of Village marketing plans.
  • Participate and conduct market competition surveys.
  • Conduct or supervise the completion of follow-up techniques at every designated Village.
  • Review traffic logs of tours, telephone calls, information requests, etc.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of a database (StarRez) of prospective residents.
  • Coordinate marketing mailings to prospective residents.
  • Train professional and student staff in marketing/leasing initiatives.


The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing will also maintain active engagement and provide support to CLV assets throughout the year by providing site-level assistance and training. They will also actively seek out and develop relationships with campus departments and business partners in order to promote their villages.


You will also work directly with our corporate Marketing team to create and implement national marketing plans and incentives. Our ideal candidate is someone with previous leadership experience in commercial Sales and Marketing with a proven record showing an ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers which result in improved occupancy and revenue.
