Campus Living Villages (CLV) are recruiting for Sales and Service Team Leader to join our small team in Salford Quays- Media City, M50 3UB

You will be leading a small team of Sales and Service Advisors ensuring the day to day operation and customer enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner. You will assist Village teams in meeting and exceeding occupancy and debt targets for core, academic and short stays. You will be selling the ‘CLV resident experience’, promote the accommodation and assist with the implementation of sales and retention initiatives. You will be ssupporting business performance by ensuring all sales are compliant with relevant CLV policies and procedures, chasing missing information as required. You will be producing management reports, process reviews and assisting in campaign development.

Your day to day tasks will also include to:

  • Be the first line of contact with prospective students and their families (via phone, email, Web chat and SMS)
  • Provide support during booking stages to students
  • Update and monitor prospect database and resident management system (StarRez)
  • Provide support to International agents, processing bookings, dealing with enquiries and resolving issues
  • Maintain the room profiling and availability for our villages to ensure student can book through the online portal
  • Support with driving additional revenue through promotion of additional basket products and services
  • Maintain the room inventory, pricing and availability for our villages through external channels such as listing sites, online travel agents and partner website to maximize room revenue
  • Follow up, in a timely manner, all open day, housing fair and locally generated leads, maximizing conversion to in room bookings
  • Chase outstanding payments in line with the national debt process
  • Assist the Sales & Service Manager with the day to day running of the contact centre


  • Salary up to £25, 000 per annum depending on experience
  • 37.5 hrs a week; 5 days out of 7
  • 25 days Annual Leave plus 8 Public Holidays
