Campus Living Villages (CLV) has been awarded a prestigious ISO accreditation for its student-centric customer service across its 12 UK sites.
The student accommodation provider has earned the ISO9001 quality management standard in recognition of its commitment to listening to and understanding student needs in the way it runs each of its student villages.
Nicky Sampson, Head of Business Improvement at Campus Living Villages UK said:
“At Campus Living Villages we believe our focus on delivering the highest quality student experience is what sets our accommodation apart in the eyes our student customers and our university partners.
Our ISO accreditation is a powerful endorsement of our commitment to identifying what drives a great student experience in each of our villages as well as the measures we have put in place to track and improve what we are doing already.”
The achievement reinforces CLV’s position as a market leader in facilities management and customer service for student residents.
The company recently invested £450,000 into its clv Birmingham residence, creating 12 new music practice rooms for students of Birmingham Conservatoire. The addition of these facilities is one of a series of initiatives designed to enhance the living and study environment of students in the UK.
