CLV has taken its goal to enhance the student experience to the digital sphere, with the launch of over 50 cutting edge new websites across the global portfolio.
Designed by Gravitate, a Washington-based digital marketing and web design agency, the sites are designed specifically to suit the needs of the modern student.
“Websites are no longer just brochures that showcase a business’s offerings,” said Director of Marketing, Shannon O’Connor. “Our websites are developed based on in-depth market research that explores the different characters, demographics and journeys of the students that visit them.”
All sites feature the latest in web design standards with prominent social media walls to increase community engagement, mobile responsive technology for the modern, tech savvy student and are accessible for visitors with disabilities.
Several of the new sites in Australia will be supported by live chat functionality that allows visitors to have their questions answered by a team of friendly customer service agents at CLV’s new Customer Contact Village. Instead of having to pick up the phone or wait for an email response, prospective residents can now get their questions answered instantly.
Following feedback from villages, the sites will now be managed by the centralised Head Office Marketing team, allowing village staff to focus on supporting existing residents.
“Student accommodation is fast becoming a global asset class and we are seeing more and more developers enter the market,” said Shannon. “With these new websites, CLV is proud to stand out among the crowd, step up our customer service and offer something new and exciting to prospective residents.”
