Peel Park Quarter – our £81 million luxury student accommodation in Salford – has been shortlisted for Urban Residential Development of the Year at the inaugural Insider North West Residential Property Awards.
Built and managed by the University of Salford and Salford Village Limited – a consortium made up of Campus Living Villages, GRAHAM Investment projects, Equitix and Kier Project Investment – the state-of-art residence opened in September and is home to 1,367 students.
The development comprises nine buildings, offering luxury facilities at affordable prices. Residents enjoy private, en-suite bedrooms along with gated security, the latest technology and free 50MB Wi-Fi, gaming areas, two 30 seater cinemas, social lounges, quiet study spaces and a free on-site gym.
Located on the University’s main campus, next to Peel Park and the River Irwell, the contemporary accommodation complex is one of only five sites in the North West to be shortlisted for the Urban Residential Development of the Year Award.
The winner will be announced at the inaugural Insider North West Residential Property Awards, in Manchester, on Wednesday, 27 January 2016.
