Global Manager Facilities and Projects

John joined CLV in May 2016 as Global Manager Facilities and Projects, working with CLV’s regional teams to develop a strategic long term vision and core framework to deliver a high quality sustainable service to stakeholders.

In May 2016 John was also made responsible for procurement in Australia and New Zealand where he continues to leverage CLV’s size and reach to drive better value and services for the business.

A qualified services engineer, John spent most of his early work years in the civil space before moving into property. John has now worked in property for over 16 years managing large national and regional property portfolios for organisations such as CBA, ANZ, Woolworths and Westfield.

John is experienced across all property types and disciplines, including leasing, transactions, acquisitions and disposals, projects, construction, facility management, engineering, sustainability, safety, risk & compliance, procurement and governance.

John’s main aim whilst working in property is to deliver a greater customer experience to both the end user and internal stakeholders.
