Business Improvement Director

Nicky joined CLV in January 2009 and is responsible for facilitating and working collaboratively with all functions across the US and UK regions delivering a range of business improvement and change projects to support the development of a culture of continual performance and process improvement.

Leading the Business Improvement Team, Nicky is responsible for a number of business resilience activities including risk, compliance, quality and audit across all UK and US operations, finance and commercial, UK Health, Safety and Environmental and UK Project Management Office.

As well as resilience, Nicky is also responsible for a number Business Transformational activities through development of Business Intelligence Functions in UK and US, acting as a local liaison and additional support to local ICT function and developing and executing the company’s UK Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy.

Prior to joining CLV, Nicky worked for over 20 years with SME’s developing and implementing Finance, HR, Quality Management and Business Improvement Systems.
