Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Shannon is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Australian Village portfolio. Since joining CLV in 2012, Shannon has achieved significant organisational change across the business including the design and implementation of the Customer Contact Village, the centralisation of Marketing and the development of both the digital marketing and customer experience strategies.

Shannon also coordinates the CLV Head Office operational support provided to the Villages including Operations, Sales, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Human Resources, Facilities Management and new development transitions.

With over a decade’s international experience working in the travel and tourism sectors, Shannon’s expertise includes brand development, marketing, communications, product development, commercial negotiations, accommodation and support as well as strategic management.

Prior to joining CLV, Shannon was responsible for a number of strategic brand & marketing projects in the local government and tourism spaces. Shannon has worked in several international markets as a Regional Contracts Manager for Thomas Cook and as Director of Sales & Marketing for Constantinou Bros Hotels (Cyprus).
